As Engagement Manager, you will be the primary delivery lead on Certa implementations, owning the complete project lifecycle from kick-off through handover. You will work closely with Solution Architects—you own delivery structure and client governance while they own solution design and configuration. Your core responsibilities include:
• Own delivery end-to-end across all phases (kick-off, discovery, design, UAT, go-live, handover), holding teams accountable to milestones and ensuring clean handover with the Customer Success team.
• Manage risk and scope proactively by identifying delivery risks with clear remediation plans, enforcing change control, and pushing back on out-of-scope requests professionally.
• Run structured project governance including status updates, RAID logs, decision trackers, and clear stakeholder communications.
• Serve as the primary contact for client stakeholders at operational and senior levels, setting transparent expectations on scope, feasibility, and trade-offs.
• Drive client satisfaction through effective status meetings with clear agendas and named owners, managing satisfaction proactively and escalating appropriately.
• Contribute to PM templates, playbooks, and engagement frameworks across EMEA Professional Services, sharing lessons learned and supporting less experienced consultants.
You will need 4+ years in project management, engagement management, or delivery leadership within enterprise SaaS, management consultancy, or professional services. Background in TPRM, vendor management, procurement, GRC, or related domains is essential, with understanding of the enterprise vendor lifecycle. Proven full-cycle SaaS implementations at complex enterprise clients across Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies is required. You should have commercial and consulting acumen to identify scope creep, enforce change control, and articulate commercial implications. Technical literacy in TPRM/procurement tools (Coupa, Ariba, ServiceNow, Archer, OneTrust) and project management tools (JIRA, Confluence, Smartsheet) is advantageous. You thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous, high-growth environments, are highly organized, and can manage multiple concurrent engagements. Strong communication skills and ability to have difficult conversations while maintaining relationships are essential. EMEA delivery experience, PM certification (PMP, PRINCE2), and prior experience at high-growth B2B SaaS companies are nice-to-haves.
