As an Engagement Manager, you will lead customer implementations and ensure healthcare organizations successfully realize the value of their Axuall investment. You'll establish implementation strategies, lead customer engagements, coordinate cross-functional teams, and drive successful solution delivery while aligning customer objectives with measurable business outcomes.
Key responsibilities include developing implementation strategies and success criteria aligned with customer objectives; building trusted partnerships with customer stakeholders to facilitate decision-making; leading implementations with project management discipline; coordinating solution delivery across requirements, timelines, milestones, and change management; measuring and communicating implementation success against agreed-upon criteria; delivering post-go-live optimization; and improving implementation methodologies and operational standards.
You'll work closely with customers and internal teams (Product, Engineering, Support, Sales, Client Services) to ensure efficient delivery, meet expectations, and prepare organizations for long-term success. The ideal candidate is a strong relationship builder, strategic thinker, and operational leader who excels at aligning stakeholders, managing complex engagements, and delivering measurable outcomes.
Required qualifications: 5+ years in customer success, engagement management, enterprise software implementation, project/program management, or professional services, preferably in healthcare technology or SaaS. Proven experience leading enterprise software implementations, customer onboarding, or professional services engagements. Strong project management skills including timeline, milestone, risk, and dependency management (PMP/CAPM certification a plus). Demonstrated ability to build trusted relationships with executives and operational stakeholders. Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills. Experience collaborating across cross-functional teams. Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Experience supporting organizational change, customer readiness, and user adoption. Healthcare credentialing, provider operations, healthcare IT, or regulatory environment familiarity preferred.
