Motive is seeking an Enablement Business Partner, AI Specialist to govern, design, and optimize AI-powered sales technology and drive adoption across the organization. This individual contributor role focuses on two connected priorities: Outreach administration and AI tooling strategy.
Key responsibilities include developing and owning the governance model for Outreach content, sequences, and AI-enabled workflows to ensure quality and alignment with business goals. You will build, launch, maintain, and continuously improve sales sequences based on business priorities and performance data. The role involves partnering with Marketing to run A/B tests across messaging, personas, and sequencing approaches, analyzing performance trends, and translating findings into actionable improvements.
You will establish and lead an Outreach steering committee, partnering with Sales Leadership, Marketing, Sales Transformation, and other stakeholders to drive prioritization and sequence adoption. A critical component is evaluating which AI agents and workflows create the most value for the field, then partnering with SOPs and AI Operations teams to scope, implement, and measure new solutions across tools such as Glean, Full Stack, Google AI Studio, and emerging technologies.
Change management is central to success—you will drive field adoption of new Outreach capabilities and AI solutions through clear enablement plans, stakeholder communication, training, and performance measurement. You will define success metrics for Outreach and AI tooling initiatives, monitor adoption and effectiveness, and connect improvements in prospecting effectiveness to pipeline and revenue outcomes.
The ideal candidate has 4+ years of experience in sales enablement, revenue operations, or related roles within high-growth B2B SaaS organizations. You should have hands-on experience administering Outreach, including creating sequences, maintaining sequence libraries, building views and dashboards, and analyzing usage and performance. Strong analytical skills, experience designing experiments, and fluency in change management methodologies are essential. Excellent cross-functional communication and influencing skills, combined with a bias for action in fast-paced environments, are required.
