Salary: USD 144,699 - 186,750 / annual
BillionToOne, a publicly traded genomics diagnostics company, is seeking an EMR Integration Specialist to join the EMR Success team. This role supports prenatal and oncology sales representatives by driving successful implementation of EMR solutions and ensuring healthcare providers can seamlessly access UNITY and Northstar functionality within their systems.
You will serve as the primary point of contact and subject matter expert for BillionToOne's EMR solutions, collaborating with sales teams, healthcare providers, and their IT departments to implement solutions both in-person and virtually. Key responsibilities include conducting workflow assessments, developing roll-out and training plans, providing go-live support, managing post-implementation customer relationships, troubleshooting technical issues, and identifying new EMR vendor partnerships and interoperability opportunities.
The ideal candidate brings 3+ years of hands-on experience with EMR systems or patient/provider portals, preferably at a diagnostic company or CLIA lab. You should have a strong understanding of CLIA labs, healthcare organizations, and EMR implementations, with the ability to bridge these three domains effectively. Excellent relationship-building skills, technical aptitude, and cross-functional collaboration abilities are essential. Experience with major EMR vendors (Epic, Cerner, athena, eClinicalWorks) and existing IT contacts at health systems are valued. The role requires willingness to travel up to 50% throughout the US and reports to an EMR Success Manager.
