Salary: USD 60,000 - 70,000 / annual

You will serve as an Employee Experience Specialist reporting to the Sr. Manager of Employee Experience. This role focuses on creating thoughtful, organized experiences for employees across company offsites, virtual events, and everyday touchpoints. You'll be the primary support contact for pre-offsite logistics, attend company offsites to coordinate transportation and activities, and provide real-time on-ground support. You'll also support virtual company events like Winter Summit by monitoring chat, coordinating reminders, and ensuring smooth execution across platforms. Key responsibilities include: serving as primary support for offsite questions with clear follow-through before, during, and after events; attending company offsites to support event planning and provide on-site coordination; supporting virtual company events through chat monitoring and attendee management; partnering with the Office Manager at the Columbia, MD office for in-person support with shipments and inventory; and using AI tools to draft communications, summarize logistics, and streamline planning work. You bring 3+ years of experience in employee experience, internal events, workplace operations, hospitality, or similar service-oriented functions. You're comfortable traveling up to 60%, have a creative mindset for building memorable experiences, can manage multiple priorities with attention to detail, and communicate warmly and effectively with teammates, leaders, vendors, and consultants. You take initiative to spot and solve problems, and you're comfortable using AI tools to work faster while applying good judgment.
