You'll have creative latitude to propose ideas and test approaches, always prioritizing high-touch, personal execution over corporate templating. Required: 3+ years of hands-on event experience (corporate events, event production, law firms, or hospitality); high tolerance for ambiguity with strong bias toward action; sharp organizational instincts for juggling multiple concurrent programs; genuine love of operational execution; comfort communicating across time zones and cultures; strong written and verbal communication with service-first mindset. Nice to have: program budget ownership experience; high-growth startup or tech company background.
