BrainPOP, a leading digital learning platform trusted by educators and parents worldwide with reach to 25 million students annually across two-thirds of U.S. school districts, is seeking an ELT Enablement Lead to report directly to the CEO.
In this role, you will serve as the critical operational and strategic enabler for the CEO and Executive Leadership Team, acting as the connective tissue that ensures the executive team functions with maximum productivity and efficiency. You will design and implement AI-enabled systems, meeting rhythms, and communication structures that accelerate decision-making and cross-functional collaboration.
Key responsibilities include:
Systems Design & Team Facilitation: Partner with the CEO and exec team to architect AI-enabled systems and meeting cadences that improve team flow and strategic execution. Facilitate executive meetings with active facilitation (not just logistics), asking clarifying questions and identifying patterns to help the team maximize its time together. Design communication structures and information flows that work both inside and outside formal meetings. Identify and propose solutions for gaps in meeting cadence, decision rights, or information architecture. Shape annual fiscal and school-year calendar rhythms intentionally. Prepare prioritized agendas with executive input.
Executive Operations & Communications: Serve as a strategic sounding board for executives on communications, key meetings, and cross-functional collaboration. Connect dots across workstreams and flag alignment needs or blockers. Manage and optimize the executive operating calendar including board meetings, external conferences, and stakeholder events. Prepare the CEO for external-facing moments including conferences, speaking engagements, and board meetings. Sequence internal communications strategically and develop related materials (QBRs, town halls, etc.). Own the operational backbone of executive team rhythm including calendar architecture, meeting design, and follow-up systems. Coordinate board-level communications and materials.
You are a systems thinker who can redesign interconnected processes holistically rather than patching individual elements. You recognize patterns across conversations and workstreams, anticipating needs proactively. You have a strong bias for action, moving decisions forward with good judgment about what requires executive attention versus what you can handle independently. You are an excellent facilitator comfortable reading rooms and shaping conversations with C-level colleagues. You communicate clearly both verbally and in writing, synthesizing complex input into clear structure. You have an AI-first mindset and skillset, leveraging AI tools to handle routine work and surface patterns that improve systems. You are a proactive, agile learner who quickly absorbs organizational context and adjusts based on feedback.
The role is hybrid, requiring 2-3 days onsite at the NYC headquarters with flexibility for additional days as needed.
