Anduril Industries, a defense technology company, seeks an EHS and Sustainability Systems and Analytics Specialist to own the quality, integrity, and presentation of environmental, health, safety, and sustainability data across the enterprise. This role is critical to how EHS, business leadership, and the Board understand safety and sustainability performance.
You will serve as the data steward for EHS and sustainability metrics, ensuring all published data is complete, accurate, and traceable to defined sources. Key responsibilities include:
**Data Management & Privacy**: Audit data completeness and accuracy across sites, define standards for how EHS events are recorded and classified, and own controls protecting employee privacy in published data (minimum cell sizes, suppression, reporting rates rather than counts, exclusion of personal identifiers).
**Metrics, Dashboards & Executive Reporting**: Design and maintain EHS dashboards for leadership and business users, develop leading indicator metrics (reporting participation, corrective action closure), produce recurring executive and Board-level reports, explain and defend published figures, and build automated data pipelines so recurring analysis doesn't depend on manual work.
**Safety Observation & Close Call Program**: Own intake quality, classification, routing, and reporting; drive observations and corrective actions to closure; close the loop with reporters; analyze data for hazard trends and leading indicators; develop mechanisms for propagating lessons learned across sites.
**Audit Analysis & Records**: Analyze internal and external audit results for trends and systemic issues, track audit findings and corrective actions to closure, respond to audit and records requests from auditors and regulators, and participate on internal EHS management system audits.
**Regulatory & Sustainability Reporting Support**: Support OSHA recordkeeping and injury reporting, track environmental compliance obligations, support sustainability reporting (greenhouse gas inventory, energy, water, waste diversion), and maintain a consolidated view of upcoming regulatory and sustainability deadlines.
**EHS Systems & Integration**: Serve as EHS system owner for the digital toolset, represent EHS requirements in development of the company's in-house EHS management system on Foundry, partner with data and software teams on integrations with engineering, manufacturing, HR, and learning management systems, and train end users on dashboards and workflows.
You will partner with site EHS teams, Environmental and Sustainability managers, Legal, and Anduril's data and software teams. The role requires approximately 15% travel to other campuses.
**REQUIREMENTS**

- Experience with AI-assisted analysis and development tools, with sound judgment in validating their output
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to explain data clearly to non-technical audiences and recommend action
- Strong organizational skills and persistence to drive items owned by others to completion across a large organization
- Must be a U.S. Person due to required access to U.S. export-controlled information or facilities
**PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS**
- Experience with EHS information management systems (VelocityEHS, Cority, Intelex, Gensuite, KPA), particularly as system administrator
- Experience building dashboards in Foundry, Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms
