Anduril Industries is seeking a Division Operations Lead to manage operations for the Maneuver Dominance Division based in Costa Mesa, California. This role sits at the intersection of business operations, program execution, and organizational scaling for one of Anduril's fastest-growing divisions, which develops autonomous vehicle systems including the Thunder VTOL platform for military applications. Key responsibilities include: partnering with division and company leadership to build and execute the recruiting and staffing strategy as the organization scales; supporting corporate planning cycles by managing local business operations functions including performance monitoring, financial planning, and headcount management; working with product engineering and test teams to identify and close operational gaps; serving as liaison to Anduril UK for international trade and export compliance; monitoring and analyzing recruiting, staffing, and financial progress against plans; collaborating with business operations, analytics, and finance teams to build infrastructure for resource demand/supply optimization across critical programs; leading strategic initiatives aligned with business strategy; coordinating executive leadership meetings with partners and customers; and developing product knowledge to support regional growth. The ideal candidate brings 7–10 years of experience in consulting, operations, finance, or business analysis with a strong track record executing business operations and driving outcomes. Required skills include excellent verbal and written communication, operational accounting and finance fundamentals, ability to solve complex cross-functional problems with a people-centric approach, high ownership with low ego, comfort translating operational problems into data problems, fast learning ability, and tactical execution capability. Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a U.S. security clearance. Aerospace or defense industry experience is preferred.
