Anduril Industries is a defense technology company transforming U.S. and allied military capabilities through advanced technology. The Tactical Recon and Strike (TRS) division develops aerial small drones (Group 1-3) and all equipment to test, deploy, and operate systems like Ghost, Bolt, Anvil, and Altius. The Operations team is a small group of business generalists solving specific business problems that hamper efficiency and productivity as the organization scales. In this role, you will own operational projects end-to-end, from definition through implementation. You'll handle ambiguous, messy problems with minimal prescription on how to solve them. Key responsibilities include building and running the headcount planning machine for TRS, enabling division leadership and recruiting to allocate resources as the organization scales from hundreds to thousands of employees. You'll proactively identify issues across work streams and lead projects to strengthen the division's financial or operational performance. You will regularly monitor and analyze recruiting, staffing, and financial progress against plans, providing recommendations to division leadership for resource reallocation. You'll run the division reporting battle rhythm by monitoring performance against goals across division verticals including growth, finance, engineering, production, and people. Additional responsibilities include supporting internal TRS operations like leadership business reviews and all-hands meetings, coordinating and preparing for executive leadership meetings, and executing special projects across staffing, finance, real estate, and business infrastructure. This is a highly cross-functional role where you'll work across supply chain, manufacturing, finance, engineering, HR, recruiting, and growth functions. You'll learn TRS and Anduril top-to-bottom while being a thought partner for others, translating operational problems into data problems and executing on solutions. Required qualifications include 1-2+ years of varied experience in consulting, finance, an operating role at a high-growth technology company, or starting a venture. You must love solving complex, ambiguous, cross-functional problems in a people-centric way, with high ownership, low ego, strong outcome orientation, and high humility. You should be a fast learner, discerning, tactical, and energized by being a thought partner. U.S. Person status is required due to access to U.S. export-controlled information or facilities.
