The company serves 200+ enterprises and mid-market organizations (including Snowflake, AppsFlyer, and Capgemini) with account-based marketing technology that drives contact-level intent and revenue impact.
In this role, you will own the full revenue operations strategy, developing a unified, insight-driven view of the entire revenue engine connecting performance across outbound, inbound, referral, and renewal motions. You'll partner strategically with GTM leadership to anticipate market trends, optimize the tech stack, and drive scalable growth.
Key responsibilities include establishing multi-touch attribution models to ensure fair contribution credit across Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success; building reporting that visualizes GTM impact across all channels; streamlining processes and implementing automation; and leveraging AI to accelerate workflows and productivity. You will lead a team of 3 Revenue Operations professionals, mentor team members, and partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and executive leadership to align strategy and execution.
You'll oversee tools and data architecture, ensuring seamless integration across Salesforce, HubSpot, and the data warehouse while maintaining data quality and system governance. You'll deliver actionable dashboards, reports, and recommendations that guide executive decision-making and growth strategy.
The ideal candidate brings 5+ years in Revenue Operations, Growth, or Strategy roles within outbound-led B2B companies, with proven experience building unified pipeline and revenue views from leads to renewals. You should have hands-on experience designing and implementing automation systems, fluency in both systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, data warehouses) and strategy (segmentation models, efficiency metrics), and excellent stakeholder management skills. Experience leading small, high-impact teams and comfort collaborating with detail-oriented executives is essential.
