Salary: USD 205,000 - 255,000 / annual

Arena Club is a digital marketplace for collectibles, founded by Derek Jeter and Brian Lee. The company is building a fully digital platform where collectors can buy, sell, grade, and showcase collectibles in one place. You will be the first dedicated treasury leader, responsible for building the treasury function from the ground up. This is a high-impact role where you'll own all aspects of the company's cash management, liquidity strategy, and financial controls. Key responsibilities include: - Daily cash positioning and rolling 13-week cash forecasting, driving accuracy to support CFO and board planning - Developing liquidity strategy and runway visibility with scenario planning for growth, seasonality, and working capital - Managing banking relationships, account structure, counterparty risk, and fee negotiation - Drafting and implementing short-term investment policy, managing the portfolio to balance yield and liquidity needs - Managing payment processor relationships, including processing costs, settlement timing, and reserve requirements - Overseeing corporate insurance and broker relationships - Evaluating and monitoring debt facilities and working capital financing, managing lender reporting and covenant compliance - Building the treasury technology stack (TMS, bank portals, payment controls, approval workflows) and implementing fraud controls requiring dual authorization Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field - 8+ years in treasury, corporate finance, or banking with direct ownership of cash forecasting and bank relationships, including FX management - Marketplace, e-commerce, payments, or fintech experience, particularly with companies holding funds on behalf of third parties - Demonstrated ownership of a cash forecast relied upon by leadership, with a track record of improving accuracy - Advanced Excel skills and comfort working directly in banking platforms and financial systems; ability to pull and reconcile data independently - Clear written communication and experience writing policy, board materials, and bank correspondence
