Prenuvo is transforming healthcare from reactive sick-care to proactive health care through award-winning whole-body MRI scans combined with AI and software. The company seeks a Director of Technical Program Management to establish and lead the TPM function across Product & Technology.
This is a builder role requiring both strategic leadership and hands-on execution. You will define the operating model for technical program management, create planning and dependency-management disciplines, and establish launch-readiness standards across technical, operational, clinical, regulatory, and go-to-market teams. You'll personally lead Prenuvo's most important cross-functional programs, with an immediate focus on patient retention and longitudinal care initiatives spanning Product, Engineering, Clinical, Operations, Data, and Marketing.
Key responsibilities include establishing lightweight, scalable practices for program governance and risk management; creating clear measures of program health and technical readiness; developing integrated program plans with clear milestones, dependencies, and critical paths; applying technical judgment to uncover hidden risks; driving resolution of cross-team blockers; and recruiting and coaching a high-impact TPM team.
You'll report to Product & Technology leadership and provide portfolio visibility on health, trade-offs, shared constraints, and upcoming decisions to improve prioritization. The role requires strong technical fluency (comfortable with architecture, APIs, data flows, and engineering trade-offs), exceptional ability to turn ambiguity into structure, and demonstrated strength in dependency and risk management. Experience in healthcare, regulated technology, or high-growth environments is preferred. The company does not provide visa sponsorship; applicants must be legally authorized to work in the US.
