Prenuvo is transforming healthcare from reactive sick-care to proactive health care through award-winning whole-body MRI scans combined with AI and software. The company seeks a Director of Technical Program Management to establish and lead the TPM function across Product & Technology.
This is a builder role requiring both strategic leadership and hands-on execution. You will define the operating model for technical program management, create planning and dependency-management disciplines, and establish launch-readiness practices across the organization. You will build and manage a growing TPM team while personally leading Prenuvo's most complex cross-functional programs.
An immediate focus area is patient retention and longitudinal care, requiring coordination across Product, Engineering, Clinical, Operations, Data, and Marketing. You will establish lightweight, scalable practices for program governance, risk management, and executive visibility. Key responsibilities include developing integrated program plans that clarify milestones, dependencies, and critical paths; applying technical judgment to uncover hidden risks; driving resolution of cross-team blockers; establishing consistent launch-readiness expectations across technical, operational, clinical, regulatory, and go-to-market teams; and providing leadership with clear portfolio health visibility.
You bring 10+ years in technical program management, engineering program management, or product development, with 2+ years of people leadership experience. You have a track record building or evolving program-management practices in growing tech organizations and leading large, technically complex initiatives. Strong technical fluency is essential—you must be comfortable learning systems quickly and discussing architecture, APIs, data flows, and engineering trade-offs. You excel at turning ambiguity into structure without bureaucracy, communicating with executives, and influencing without formal authority. Experience in healthcare, regulated technology, or high-growth environments is preferred. Note: This role does not provide visa sponsorship; applicants must be legally authorized to work in Canada.
