OpenLoop is a telehealth platform that powers virtual care delivery at scale across all 50 states. The company has experienced rapid growth in its pharmacy operations and supply chain function, which now manages the complete journey from prescription to patient delivery across 20+ fulfillment partners.
As Director of Supply Chain Operations, you will own the execution engine of the pharmacy operations function, overseeing two critical areas: Systems & Formulary (the configuration that determines how every medication order routes through the network) and Network & Fulfillment Operations (partner-pharmacy relationships, capacity, pricing, and end-to-end order fulfillment).
You will report to the VP of Pharmacy Operations & Supply Chain and partner with a peer Director who owns Demand & Supply Planning. This is a build role focused on hardening processes, closing documentation gaps, and partnering with Product and Engineering to replace manual workarounds with scalable infrastructure.
Key responsibilities include: owning the configuration layer that determines how orders flow based on product, dose, state, and pharmacy partner; managing the partner-pharmacy network including relationships, sourcing, onboarding, and 50-state coverage; driving turnaround SLAs and redesigning exception handling to eliminate manual backlog; partnering daily with Product and Engineering to translate operational problems into tooling requirements; rebuilding pharmacy processes to scale without interrupting growing volume; building reference documentation so teams self-serve; leading operational readiness for new products and formulations; ensuring compliance with cGMP and state regulations; and leading a multidisciplinary team including Systems & Formulary staff and Network & Fulfillment Operations managers.
You are an operator and builder comfortable working in the weeds with Product teams, rebuilding processes while the business continues to scale, and turning manual heroics into instrumented systems. You lead both analytical and vendor-facing teams credibly, own the messy middle of configuration and fulfillment, and have demonstrated success scaling high-volume operations through rapid growth.
