Yoodli is an AI-powered experiential learning platform using AI roleplays to personalize real-life practice and transform organizational learning. The company has raised $60M (including a $40M Series B led by WestBridge Capital) and counts Google Cloud, Snowflake, Databricks, RingCentral, SAP, and others as customers, with learners in over 150 countries. This is the first dedicated revenue operations leadership role in the company's history. You will build and run the Revenue Strategy & Operations function as the organization scales, serving as a thought partner and chief of staff to the CRO for go-to-market strategy. You'll lead a small team including an existing Revenue Systems owner (Matt Wepner) and a new Revenue Analytics & Insights Lead you'll hire. Key responsibilities include: owning the GTM rhythm of business (weekly through annual cadence, monthly and quarterly business reviews) to keep leaders focused on core work; partnering with the CRO on 2027 structure and segmentation decisions (quota distribution, direct vs. channel, investment allocation); framing and driving hard decisions (segment cut lines, BDR scaling, regionalization vs. verticalization, strategic accounts) with data-driven analysis; building customer master data foundations and designing fair, rampable territories; modeling quota and compensation scenarios; enabling independent forecast ownership by sales leaders; and partnering across Finance, FP&A, Deal Desk, Partnerships, Marketing, and sales leadership. You should bring 8-12 years in revenue operations, GTM strategy, or sales/business operations with progressive scope and senior/leadership experience. Direct hands-on expertise in quota and compensation modeling, territory design, and forecast operations is essential. You'll need demonstrated cross-functional leadership across GTM and Finance, fluency with modern GTM stacks (HubSpot or Salesforce) and analytics tools, and a track record of converting analysis into operational change. B2B SaaS or B2B AI experience is preferred. Extra credit for having built a StratOps function 0-to-1 or scaled a revenue org through comparable growth ($20M to $70M+ ARR). The role is hybrid: 3 days in-office at Seattle HQ (lunch included) plus 2 days remote.
