Salary: USD 190,000 - 210,000 / annual

As Director of Revenue Readiness, you will lead the global Revenue Readiness function to establish governance, operating standards, learning systems, and program discipline across the entire revenue organization. You will report to the VP of Revenue Operations and shape priorities with senior GTM leaders, making clear investment and sequencing decisions while leading your team and cross-functional partners through execution.
Key responsibilities include:
- Setting and leading the global Revenue Readiness vision, strategy, operating model, and multi-year roadmap aligned with Huntress's growth priorities
- Serving as the senior functional leader advising GTM executives on organizational preparedness, capability needs, investment priorities, and risks
- Owning the Revenue Readiness portfolio, making decisions about priorities, sequencing, capacity, and resource allocation based on business impact
- Building foundational readiness infrastructure including program intake, learning governance, delivery standards, content lifecycle management, and measurement
- Establishing consistent readiness architecture across new hire onboarding, role-based ramp, frontline manager readiness, major business changes, and ongoing development
- Creating scalable processes for translating business needs, performance gaps, product launches, and go-to-market expectations into structured readiness programs
- Partnering with Sales Ops Business Partners to define required capabilities, behaviors, and preparedness measures
- Establishing clear ownership across Revenue Readiness, Sales Ops, Sales Leaders, Product Marketing, GTM Systems, and subject matter experts
- Leading planning and orchestration of company-level readiness initiatives with aligned stakeholders
- Setting direction for the operational health of the learning ecosystem, including LMS, learning calendars, program records, and reporting
- Developing scalable readiness programs for Huntress selling practices including MEDDPICC, Digital Sales Rooms, Mutual Action Plans, and AI-supported workflows
- Defining how Huntress measures readiness across participation, preparedness, competency, adoption, and behavior change
- Building, leading, and developing the Revenue Readiness team with clear organizational structure, role clarity, and performance expectations
- Representing Revenue Readiness in senior GTM planning to ensure major initiatives account for adoption support and reinforcement

REQUIREMENTS:
- 10+ years of experience across revenue readiness, sales enablement, learning operations, sales effectiveness, or related go-to-market functions, including 5+ years leading teams or major functional programs
- Demonstrated experience leading a revenue readiness, enablement, or sales effectiveness function in a scaling B2B SaaS organization, having built or significantly evolved its strategy, team, infrastructure, and operating model
- Proven ability to influence senior executives, shape cross-functional priorities, and make investment and resource tradeoffs across competing business needs
- Deep understanding of how to build organizational readiness and assess team preparedness to execute, reinforce new expectations, and sustain change
- Experience designing scalable systems for program intake, prioritization, learning operations, onboarding, reinforcement, content governance, and readiness measurement
- Demonstrated effectiveness as a cross-functional operator who brings together business leaders, operational partners, systems teams, and subject matter experts while maintaining clear ownership
- Ability to establish clear roles and decision rights across multiple functions and stakeholders
- Strong understanding of B2B SaaS selling across multiple roles, segments, motions, and complexity levels, including the critical role of frontline managers
- Proven ability to lead teams and senior stakeholders through meaningful organizational change, creating clarity and alignment
- Proficiency using data and judgment to evaluate preparedness, identify readiness risks, improve programs, and communicate investment tradeoffs
- Capability to orchestrate multi-step AI workflows and reusable systems that improve analysis, program development, and decision quality
