First Due is seeking a Director of Revenue Operations to build and lead the systems foundation powering the company's next growth phase. This role owns the long-term architecture and strategy for the core revenue systems stack—Salesforce, MonetizeNow (CPQ), NetSuite, and adjacent platforms—serving as a strategic partner to the CFO and executive leadership. Key responsibilities include defining and owning the revenue systems roadmap designed for scale; building a best-in-class quote-to-cash engine that accelerates sales cycles and ensures finance can trust data immediately upon entry; designing data governance models and automation standards to keep pipeline, quoting, and revenue data clean by default; creating scalable frameworks for public-sector and reseller procurement; building forward-looking pipeline and forecasting infrastructure with real-time business visibility; hiring and developing a high-performing Revenue Operations team; and partnering across Finance, Sales, Customer Success, and Contracts to design processes and platform decisions that define company operations long-term. The ideal candidate brings 7+ years of Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or CRM/systems leadership experience at a SaaS company. Required qualifications include hands-on experience deploying AI into GTM systems (data enrichment, forecasting, quote/deal automation, agentic tooling); a track record of designing scalable systems and processes rather than reactive issue resolution; experience building pipeline, quota, and coverage reporting models for executive decision-making; strong data analysis skills (SQL or equivalent); prior people-management experience; and structured, forward-thinking communication for executive stakeholder engagement. Preferred qualifications include deep Salesforce administration and configuration expertise, CPQ platform experience (MonetizeNow or similar), NetSuite experience, and familiarity with public-sector procurement processes (GSA Schedule, cooperative purchasing vehicles). The role is fully remote (US-based only) and reports to the CFO. Salary: $175,000 annually.
