MANSCAPED is a leading men's grooming and lifestyle consumer brand seeking a Director of Quality & Regulatory to report to the Chief Legal and Compliance Officer. This role is responsible for ensuring that products are safe, compliant with regulations, meet quality standards, and satisfy customer expectations.
The Director will lead quality assurance, regulatory compliance, supplier quality, risk management, and continuous improvement initiatives across the organization. This is a strategic leadership position that combines operational oversight with regulatory expertise to protect the brand and ensure customer safety.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in quality management and regulatory compliance, preferably in consumer products or a related industry. You will develop and implement quality systems, manage regulatory submissions and approvals, oversee supplier quality programs, identify and mitigate compliance risks, and drive continuous improvement across manufacturing and supply chain operations.

This is a fully remote position based in the United States, offering the opportunity to shape quality and compliance strategy for a rapidly growing consumer brand with significant retail and e-commerce presence.
