You will build Professional Services into a high-quality, commercially sustainable function that delivers stronger customer outcomes. This is a foundational role where you will define the services, pricing, and delivery model, lead a focused consulting team, and oversee audit delivery partnerships. Insights from customers, delivery teams, and auditors will inform product improvements.
Key responsibilities include:
**Build Professional Services:** Define Sprinto's Professional Services portfolio across GRC, information security, risk, privacy, and compliance. Convert customer needs into clearly defined offerings, scopes of work, delivery plans, and pricing. Establish when Professional Services should be introduced into an account versus when customers should work with independent external providers. Build repeatable delivery methods without reducing complex compliance work to a checklist. Create a commercially sensible model while keeping customer and compliance outcomes central. Develop team structure, capability plans, utilization models, and quality standards needed to scale.
**Lead Delivery Quality:** Ensure services are delivered consistently, responsibly, and within agreed scope. Establish quality reviews, escalation mechanisms, delivery metrics, and customer feedback loops. Protect the integrity and authenticity of compliance evidence. Make clear distinctions between enabling a compliance program, preparing for audit, and independently issuing audit opinions. Step into complex customer situations requiring deeper GRC or solution expertise.
**Lead Audit Delivery Partnerships:** Define strategy and operating model for Sprinto's audit and assurance partner ecosystem. Establish partner-selection, onboarding, coverage, capacity, and quality standards. Maintain safeguards around auditor independence, conflicts of interest, referral transparency, and evidence integrity. Ensure commercial arrangements with audit firms are non-contingent on favorable outcomes. Build senior relationships with audit firms while preserving independence of professional judgment.
**Improve Product and Customer Journey:** Work with Product to convert delivery, customer, and auditor feedback into improvements. Identify where customers struggle with controls, evidence, integrations, or audit preparation. Help distinguish problems for services versus product solutions. Partner with Sales and Customer Success on service fit and expectations. Enable customer-facing teams to explain Professional Services offerings accurately.
Success in year one includes: launching a clear Professional Services portfolio; establishing standard scopes, pricing, delivery methods, and quality measures; building a strong initial delivery team; creating a commercially sustainable model; improving customer compliance and audit experiences; building a structured audit partner operating model; and creating reliable feedback loops for product improvement.
**Requirements:**
- Approximately 10–15 years of experience across Professional Services, GRC, technology risk, information security, compliance, audit readiness, or risk advisory
- Experience building, leading, or scaling a client-facing Professional Services or risk-advisory function
- Strong grounding in security and compliance frameworks such as SOC 2, ISO 27001, GDPR, HIPAA, PCI DSS, or related standards
- Experience defining service offerings, scopes of work, delivery models, pricing, and operating metrics
- Track record of leading consulting or delivery teams and maintaining high bar for customer outcomes
- Ability to understand both commercial and professional obligations of audit and assurance firms
- Sound judgment around evidence integrity, conflicts of interest, customer choice, and auditor independence
- Experience working with senior stakeholders across Product, Sales, Customer Success, security, compliance, and external audit firms
- Ability to operate in a growing company where function, team, and operating model are still being built
- Strong written and verbal communication with credibility to advise customers and senior practitioners independently
- Experience in Big Four or respected technology-risk, cybersecurity, compliance, or risk-advisory practice particularly relevant
