Salesforce is seeking a Director of Product & Pricing Operations to lead a high-performing team as the company reimagines its Lead-to-Cash technology and advances its agentic AI vision. This is a people-management role reporting to senior leadership, responsible for driving operational excellence across product launches, pricing strategy, and revenue systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Leadership & Team Management: Recruit, mentor, and manage a team of Product and Pricing Operations professionals. Align the team's roadmap with corporate strategic goals and foster a culture of precision and continuous improvement.
Release & Capacity Planning: Own the operational readiness checklist for all product line launches, ensuring quoting, invoicing, and provisioning systems are fully prepared. Partner with Product and Business leadership to analyze resource capacity versus roadmap demands, identify bottlenecks, and optimize delivery velocity. Oversee end-to-end implementation and testing of new product configurations while ensuring compliance with global financial controls. Develop post-release training and documentation frameworks.
Pricing Architecture & Execution: Lead analysis, design, and implementation of complex pricing models, discounting frameworks, and product bundling strategies. Drive evolution of CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) and billing ecosystems to support increasingly complex business models. Establish global governance standards for price book management across regions and currencies.
Process Transformation: Identify and lead large-scale process improvements to reduce friction in the Lead-to-Cash cycle. Manage project-level risks and technical dependencies. Leverage predictive analytics and AI-driven workflows to automate SKU management and enhance pricing precision.
Cross-Functional Influence: Act as a key advisor to executive stakeholders in Finance, IT, Legal, and Product to gain consensus on complex business requirements.
Required Qualifications:
- 8+ years in Product Operations, Revenue Operations, or Business Consulting
- 3+ years in people-management capacity
- Deep understanding of Salesforce ecosystem (Admin or CPQ certification preferred)
- Proven track record in Release Management and Capacity Planning in SaaS or high-growth tech
- Advanced data modeling skills (Excel, Tableau, SQL)
- Mastery of project management methodologies (Agile, PMP, Six Sigma)
