Moody's Analytics is seeking a Director of Product Management to lead the Credit Centre of Excellence (COE), which maintains and enhances industry-leading credit analytics and predictive modeling capabilities. This is a strategic role that bridges product management, research, data science, and senior business leadership to define novel analytical solutions in environments where scope and requirements evolve. You will lead cross-functional discussions with product management and strategy teams to develop analytical solutions, collaborate with research teams and data scientists to progressively define project requirements, and manage complex projects involving large datasets, statistical modeling, and AI agent systems. Key responsibilities include conducting stakeholder interviews across multiple business segments, assessing project feasibility and managing risks with incomplete information, translating research findings into actionable product features, and navigating ambiguous project environments while maintaining focus on strategic objectives. A critical aspect of this role is embedding AI into day-to-day product management workflows—from discovery and stakeholder synthesis through requirements definition, Jira story creation, analysis, documentation, and delivery planning. You will identify repetitive PM activities and convert them into reusable AI skills, agents, or automated workflows that improve speed, consistency, and scalability. You will apply structured and adversarial evaluation to AI-generated outputs to ensure accuracy, traceability, responsible use, and appropriate human oversight. You will also coordinate with senior business leaders to align product initiatives with organizational goals and market opportunities. The Credit COE partners with Moody's business segments and their product management, commercial strategy, and go-to-market leaders to deliver high-quality credit analytics, insights, and solutions. By joining this global, GenAI-forward team, you will help define new analytical capabilities and apply established and emerging technologies to deliver insights in an era of exponential risk. REQUIREMENTS: - 7+ years of demonstrable experience in core product management practices (road mapping, prioritization, feature definition), particularly in dynamic project environments where scope and requirements evolve - Minimum of 10 years' experience collaborating with cross-functional teams across business units and geographies to drive alignment and execution - 7–10 years' experience in systematic requirements gathering, stakeholder interviewing, and managing risks when project parameters are unclear - Proven ability to analyze, optimize, or establish new GenAI workflows to improve efficiency, scalability, and cross-functional alignment - Demonstrated ability to communicate complex technical concepts in a clear, tailored manner to diverse stakeholders - Demonstrable experience using GenAI to accelerate day-to-day product management activities, including research, requirements development, backlog creation, analysis, documentation, and prototyping - Proficiency with Claude Code, Cursor, Microsoft Copilot, or similar tools, including creating reusable skills and orchestrated workflows - Practical understanding of agents, sub-agents, hooks, evaluation methods, and human-in-the-loop controls for assessing and improving AI-generated work - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline (advanced degree preferred) - Experience within financial services, particularly involving large datasets and statistical modeling (preferred) - Familiarity with credit risk modeling concepts, methodologies, and their applications in financial services (preferred) - Experience using Jira and background in data analysis (preferred) - Experience working with senior stakeholders (highly preferred)
