Salary: USD 199,500 - 285,000 / annual
Zscaler (NASDAQ: ZS) is a leading cybersecurity platform company that protects thousands of customers from cyberattacks and data loss through its Zero Trust Exchange platform. The company operates the world's largest in-line cloud security platform, distributed across 160+ public exchanges globally.
You will join as Director of Product Management for Zscaler Internet Access (ZIA), reporting to the VP of Product Management. This is a hybrid role based in San Jose, CA. You will lead the strategic direction and product roadmap for endpoint security, sandboxing, and anti-malware initiatives, with responsibility for TLS inspection, Post-Quantum Cryptography, PKI standards, and Secure Web Gateway/Proxy products.
Key responsibilities include:
- Define and drive the ZIA offering roadmap in alignment with company objectives and customer needs
- Work closely with engineering, sales, marketing, and customer success teams to bring products to market and ensure success
- Engage directly with customers to understand challenges, gather feedback, and identify new opportunities
- Manage the entire product lifecycle from ideation to end-of-life, ensuring products meet and exceed customer expectations
- Act as internal subject matter expert, providing training and support to sales and cross-functional teams

REQUIREMENTS:
- Foundational understanding of AI/ML technologies and experience leveraging, securing, or positioning AI-driven solutions
- Proven track record in product management with strong focus on cybersecurity solutions
- Technical proficiency with Proxy Architecture, SWG, HTTP/S, and SSL/TLS inspection at scale
- Deep understanding of federal infrastructure requirements such as IPv6 connectivity, PKI, and Cryptography
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Proven ability to leverage AI technologies and workflows to drive measurable operational efficiency
- Experience leveraging AI/ML models to enhance automated malware detection, threat intelligence, or real-time security analytics
- Direct familiarity with cloud-based security solutions, specifically Zscaler's architecture and offerings
- Master's degree or MBA in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
