As Director of Procurement, you will lead and oversee all procurement activities across the company, driving operational excellence and supporting long-term growth. This is a strategic leadership role responsible for establishing company-wide procurement strategy, governance frameworks, and best-in-class practices across all categories—parts, services, and indirect spend. Key responsibilities include: **Procurement Strategy & Governance**: Own the end-to-end procurement function, develop and implement comprehensive company-wide procurement strategy aligned with corporate objectives, establish policies and compliance standards, and partner with executive leadership on strategic alignment. **National Parts Strategy & Inventory Management**: Establish national policies and KPIs for parts operations, develop a national parts strategy to streamline purchasing and distribution across all locations, collaborate on demand forecasting, ensure optimal inventory levels, oversee inventory management systems implementation, and analyze data to identify improvement opportunities. **Supplier & Vendor Management**: Establish and manage national vendor relationships, negotiate pricing and service agreements for cost efficiency, conduct vendor performance evaluations, and develop strategic partnerships. **Cost Optimization & Financial Impact**: Drive cost reduction initiatives, implement procurement analytics and reporting, and ensure financial discipline across all spend categories. **Systems & Process Optimization**: Lead design and optimization of procurement systems and workflows, ensure compliance with organizational goals, and implement standardized processes for scalability. You will work closely with operations, finance, and executive teams to enable financial discipline, operational reliability, and business scalability across the organization.
