Talkiatry is the largest dedicated psychiatry practice in the U.S., with 750+ psychiatrists and 250+ therapists delivering over two million patient visits annually. The company is transforming mental health care by reducing clinician administrative burden and burnout through technology and operational innovation. As Director of Operational Programs, you will lead a mission to give clinicians their time back by identifying and eliminating administrative work that prevents them from focusing on patient care. You'll own two vendor-managed support programs and build the automation and AI roadmap for operational workflows across the organization. Key responsibilities include: analyzing clinician feedback and operational data to identify high-impact workflow improvements; partnering with Product and Engineering to redesign, automate, and productize complex processes; managing vendor relationships and setting clear service levels and quality standards; driving change management and adoption across the clinician network; and defining support standards across all service lines. You'll report to the VP of Operational Programs and work cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Clinical, and frontline teams. Success is measured by how much of a clinician's day is reclaimed for patient care. Ideal candidates have 5-10 years in healthcare operations, clinician enablement, or process transformation. You should be data-driven with strong SQL and Excel skills, experienced in vendor and program management, fluent in automation and AI applications, and skilled at leading through influence across matrix teams. Above all, you're motivated by the mission of improving mental health care delivery and clinician wellbeing.
