Required qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, or related field; 12+ years of progressive supply chain experience including senior leadership roles in aerospace or complex hardware environments; proven track record transforming supply chain operations to drive improvements in growth, cost, and delivery performance; deep expertise across procurement, supplier management, logistics, planning, inventory, and supply chain systems; and experience collaborating with design engineering, manufacturing, and production teams. Preferred qualifications include experience leading supply chain efforts for new product introduction of aerospace hardware; demonstrated ability to operate as a self-starter in ambiguous environments; hands-on experience with PLM, ERP, MES, and QMS implementations; experience scaling supply chain operations in high-growth startups; and a visionary mindset enabling mission success through supply chain excellence.
