Jazz is a security company reimagining Data Loss Prevention (DLP) with AI-driven investigation and endpoint visibility. The Director of Revenue Operations will own the operational infrastructure powering Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success as the company scales rapidly. Key responsibilities include: **Revenue & Forecasting**: Own end-to-end forecasting, pipeline visibility, and sales reporting. Track conversion metrics and KPIs across the funnel to surface what's working and identify gaps. **GTM Process Design**: Build and continuously improve scalable processes across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success. Eliminate bottlenecks, document SOPs, and drive organizational adoption. **CRM & Systems Management**: Own Salesforce administration including data integrity, hygiene, automations, and workflow optimization. Manage the GTM tech stack and ensure clean data flow across all systems. **Executive Reporting**: Create dashboards and reporting frameworks for leadership and board visibility. Translate complex data into clear narratives that drive strategic decisions. **Deal & Commercial Operations**: Oversee quoting, pricing workflows, approval processes, and contract coordination with legal and finance teams. Ensure deal momentum and prevent slippage. **Cross-functional Leadership**: Partner with the COO, Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Customer Success on strategic initiatives, planning cycles, and execution reviews. The ideal candidate brings 4+ years of Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or GTM Operations experience in B2B SaaS. Hands-on Salesforce expertise is essential—you should be able to build reports, resolve data hygiene issues, and optimize workflows independently. Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel/Google Sheets proficiency and familiarity with BI tools are required. Startup experience building processes from scratch is preferred. You're comfortable with SaaS metrics, revenue models, and GTM strategy. AI fluency is a must—you leverage AI tools to accelerate reporting and surface insights others miss. Experience with customer contracts, commercial operations, and pricing workflows is a strong plus. You're a proactive operator who owns execution end-to-end without needing oversight. You're detail-oriented and process-driven but move fast—you don't let perfect block shipped. You're equally comfortable moving between strategy and hands-on execution. You tell stories through data, understanding not just the numbers but what they mean. You thrive in fast-moving environments with ambiguity and changing priorities.
