Weave is seeking a Director of Revenue Operations to lead post-sales operational excellence across Onboarding, Customer Success, and Customer Education. You will report to the VP of Revenue Operations and manage a team of two analysts while partnering closely with the VP of Onboarding & Customer Success. In this role, you will own the planning, forecasting, and performance management frameworks for post-sales teams, establishing scalable processes, systems, and governance models that improve efficiency and customer outcomes. You will develop KPIs, dashboards, and operating rhythms that provide actionable visibility into post-sales performance, capacity, and operational health. Your responsibilities include analyzing customer journeys and workflows to identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies, leading workforce and capacity planning across onboarding and customer success, and designing the end-to-end customer implementation experience. You will lead cross-functional transformation initiatives across people, process, and technology, partnering with teams across customer success, onboarding, education, sales operations, product, finance, HR, BI, and technology. You will develop and manage compensation and incentive programs that align team behaviors with company objectives and customer outcomes. Additionally, you will evaluate and implement revenue operations technologies, automation, and AI capabilities to improve data quality and team productivity. Your focus will be on fostering a collaborative, data-driven, results-oriented operating culture with clear accountability and continuous improvement practices. REQUIREMENTS: - 10+ years of progressive experience in revenue operations, customer success operations, or related field, preferably in SaaS - Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university (MBA preferred) - Proven track record developing and executing successful planning, forecasting, and reporting strategies - Strong leadership and communication skills, ability to work effectively with executives, senior leaders, analysts, and cross-functional teams - Experience with performance metrics, reporting, and CRM tools (Salesforce preferred) - Ability to analyze and diagnose bottlenecks in processes and systems to improve operational efficiency - Strategic thinker with hands-on approach to coaching and mentoring - Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-growth environment PREFERRED: - Experience building compensation and incentive plans for post-sales teams - Understanding of or certification in Six Sigma
