Resolve AI is building autonomous AI agents that help engineers operate, investigate, and debug complex production systems. The company was founded by the core creators of OpenTelemetry and former Splunk Observability leaders, and has raised over $190M from top-tier investors including Lightspeed, Greylock, and individual backers like Jeff Dean (Google DeepMind), Thomas Dohmke (GitHub CEO), and Matt Garman (AWS CEO). As Director of Revenue Operations, you will design and scale Resolve AI's go-to-market engine, partnering closely with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, and leadership. This is a strategic, hands-on role focused on building an AI-native revenue organization—not a traditional RevOps admin function. Key responsibilities include: developing revenue strategy, capacity, and pipeline models; owning forecasting accuracy and revenue intelligence; designing territories, account segmentation, and quota models; leading sales compensation design and administration; building and scaling a deal-desk function; architecting the revenue technology stack with strong data governance; and building AI agents and automated workflows for account research, lead routing, pipeline inspection, forecasting, and CRM hygiene. You will apply GTM engineering principles to eliminate manual work, experiment with emerging AI sales tools, and teach the broader GTM organization how to work effectively with automation. You'll serve as a trusted strategic partner to the CRO, develop the Revenue Operations team, and create operational alignment across all go-to-market functions. The ideal candidate has recently helped scale a high-growth AI or enterprise software company (examples: Listen Labs, Decagon, Sierra, Cyera, Island, Abnormal Security, Serval) in the $10M–$250M ARR range. You should be technically curious, analytically rigorous, comfortable with experimentation, and excited about leveraging AI to transform how revenue organizations operate.
