Hadrian is building autonomous factories to reindustrialize America, combining AI, advanced software, robotics, and full-stack manufacturing to help aerospace and defense companies build rockets, satellites, aircraft, ships, and other mission-critical systems up to 10x faster and at significantly lower cost. The company recently closed a $1.37B Series D at a $7.87B valuation and is rapidly expanding manufacturing capabilities across welding, casting, forging, electronics, and additive manufacturing. As Director of Revenue Operations, you will build and run the operational backbone of Hadrian's commercial engine, spanning the core sales organization, government relations function, and programs team. You'll design systems, processes, and tooling that turn strategy into repeatable execution. Key responsibilities include: owning revenue reporting, forecasting, and pipeline analysis across all business units (commercial, federal/government, and new divisions); partnering with leadership on annual planning, quota setting, and go-to-market design; optimizing sales processes and enforcing CRM best practices in Salesforce; managing deal approval workflows and proposal systems; implementing dashboards and KPIs for the revenue team; supporting sales training and enablement; building systems to track government relations activity with the same rigor as a sales pipeline; architecting automated data ingestion workflows for government-related data; surfacing GR intelligence through AI-powered interfaces; aligning revenue and margin activities across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, and Government Relations; coordinating new product introduction and go-to-market planning; leading sales compensation design and administration; and evaluating, implementing, and adopting the commercial tech stack. You should have 10+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Business Operations leadership, with a demonstrated track record building RevOps strategy, teams, and processes in high-growth, multi-business-unit environments. Strong proficiency with Salesforce and the broader commercial tech stack is required, along with understanding of data structures and SQL. Experience in manufacturing, aerospace, or defense is strongly preferred, as is familiarity with government contracting, ITAR compliance, and defense procurement cycles. Experience building systems for government relations tracking, stakeholder mapping, or advocacy operations is valuable. You should be comfortable with AI/ML tooling, MCP integrations, and modern automation approaches, with the ability to translate technical and operational data into commercial strategy.
