Reporting to the VP of Revenue Operations, the Director of Revenue Operations – Americas will serve as the operational backbone of the Americas go-to-market motion. This is a high-visibility, high-ownership role embedded in the business, co-piloting with the Americas VP of Sales to own the systems, data, and processes that translate pipeline into predictable revenue. Key responsibilities include owning the full Americas revenue operations cycle from lead routing through renewals and expansion; running the Americas forecasting process with weekly and quarterly cadence; serving as a trusted strategic advisor to the VP of Sales on pipeline health and GTM execution; building real-time analytics dashboards for leadership visibility; designing and optimizing GTM processes to reduce friction; maintaining CRM health and data integrity in Salesforce; leading territory design and quota setting; driving cross-functional alignment with Marketing Ops and CS Ops; and supporting headcount planning with capacity models. Required qualifications: 8+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or GTM Strategy with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role at a high-growth SaaS company. Proven track record owning forecasts and running pipeline calls with executive leadership. Deep Salesforce expertise including object architecture, reporting, and workflow automation. Strong data and analytics skills with fluency in Excel/Google Sheets and BI tools like Tableau or Looker. Experience designing sales territories, building quota models, and partnering with Finance on compensation. Demonstrated success as a strategic partner to VP/SVP of Sales. Experience supporting 30+ rep quota-carrying organizations across North America and/or Latin America including direct, channel, and PLG selling motions. Preferred experience includes hands-on use of Clari, Outreach, Gong, or ZoomInfo; exposure to channel/partner motions; background in infrastructure software or high-growth SaaS; and familiarity with additional revenue operations tools.
