CreatorIQ is seeking a Director of Product to lead the Workflows product area, which encompasses the operational core of creator marketing programs—sourcing, vetting, briefing, tracking, and payment of creator partnerships. You will own this end-to-end workflow and lead a team of product managers to rebuild this operation around AI, transforming manual, headcount-dependent processes into intelligent, scalable systems.
In this role, you will:
- Own the complete workflow surface (Discovery, Lists, Community, Campaigns, Messaging) as one continuous product experience rather than separate tools, with the mandate to automate most steps without manual human intervention.
- Lead and grow a team of product managers, setting standards for discovery and judgment, coaching them on decision-making, and empowering them to own their surfaces independently.
- Decide what existing workflows should be rebuilt with agentic AI, simplified, or removed entirely, evaluating legacy features from a first-principles perspective.
- Establish trust models for AI agents in enterprise contexts, including provenance, confidence scoring, human-in-the-loop review, honest failure modes, and clean rollback capabilities.
- Partner with engineering and design leadership on architecture and delivery, including schema design, core services, bulk operations, permissions, and data models that serve both UI and agent systems.
You will work in a flexible hybrid model with distributed teams across time zones, with most work conducted asynchronously through documentation and proposals.
Requirements:
- 8+ years in product management, including 2+ years managing product managers (titles matter less than demonstrated people leadership and coaching ability).
- Ownership of broad, workflow-heavy B2B SaaS products that are core to customer daily operations.
- Hands-on builder mindset; you prototype, use AI tools to build rather than document, and expect the same from your team.
- Proven experience rebuilding manual workflows around AI, with fluency in agentic mechanics: retrieval, tool use, evaluation, human-in-the-loop review, and appropriate guardrails.
- Strong product taste and critical judgment on AI outputs; ability to distinguish genuine solutions from plausible-sounding filler.
- Technical depth in data modeling, API design, schemas, CRUDL operations, permissions, and third-party integrations.
- Ability to prioritize across competing teams and communicate tradeoffs clearly so stakeholders understand decisions.
- Excellent written communication; async-first work style with strong documentation skills.
- Self-directed, outcome-focused approach; you bring proposals rather than questions and take initiative on priorities.
- Comfort with distributed teams and occasional cross-timezone synchronous collaboration.
Nice to have:
- Experience in influencer marketing, creator workflows, or martech.
- Background building search, discovery, or recommendation products (including semantic or multimodal search).
- Shipping CRM, relationship management, or lifecycle products.
- Shipping AI features into enterprise accounts with governance, auditability, and permissions requirements.
- Experience hiring and building product teams from partial benches.
