CreatorIQ is the operating system for creator-led growth, trusted by over 1,300 global brands and agencies. The company helps organizations transform creator marketing into an intelligence-driven growth engine using its Creator Graph, which processes 250+ million social posts daily across 15+ million creators. You will own the end-to-end workflow product suite covering Discovery, Lists, Community, Campaigns, and Messaging—currently experienced by customers as separate products. Your mandate is to rebuild this operational core around AI, transforming manual, headcount-dependent processes into intelligent, scalable workflows. Today, community managers live in spreadsheets managing thousands of creators, and agencies throw bodies at casting briefs. You'll change what the software handles autonomously so programs scale without proportional headcount growth. Key responsibilities: - Own the complete workflow surface end-to-end, unifying fragmented experiences into one continuous operation - Lead and grow a team of product managers, setting standards for discovery and judgment while empowering them to own their surfaces - Decide what gets rebuilt with AI agents, what gets simplified, and what gets eliminated from legacy workflows - Establish trust models for enterprise AI: provenance, confidence scoring, human-in-the-loop review, honest failure modes, and clean rollback - Partner with engineering and design leadership on architecture, data models, permissions, and bulk operations—you need credibility in technical conversations, not just presence - Work async-first across distributed time zones; communicate primarily through written docs The role sits at the intersection of product strategy, AI/agent design, and team leadership. You'll prototype solutions using AI tools, evaluate agent outputs with real product taste, and prioritize across competing teams while explaining tradeoffs clearly. REQUIREMENTS: - 8+ years in product, including 2+ years leading product managers (titles matter less than demonstrated work) - Owned a broad, workflow-heavy B2B SaaS surface that is the customer's daily job - Hands-on builder mindset; you prototype and use AI tools to build, not just document - Rebuilt manual workflows around AI; fluent in agent mechanics (retrieval, tool use, evaluation, human-in-the-loop review) - Strong product taste applied to AI output; can distinguish good results from plausible-sounding filler - Technical depth in data models, APIs, schemas, CRUDL, bulk operations, permissions, third-party integrations - Ability to prioritize across competing teams and communicate tradeoffs clearly - Excellent written communication; async-first work style - Self-driven, low-ego, initiative-taking; comfortable with ambiguity and distributed teams NICE TO HAVE: - Influencer marketing, creator workflows, or martech experience - Search, discovery, or recommendation product experience (semantic/multimodal) - CRM, relationship management, or lifecycle product shipping - AI feature shipping into enterprise with governance and auditability requirements - Product manager hiring and team-building experience
