Hivemind Capital Partners is seeking a Director of Product to lead the development and scaling of Blueprint, a unified platform for on-chain asset migration featuring staking infrastructure, portfolio intelligence, and tokenization capabilities. Blueprint was built in-house as a Hivemind Digital company, reflecting the organization's builder culture and entrepreneurial approach.
In this role, you will own the complete product lifecycle for Blueprint's tokenization platform, from market research and discovery through launch and post-launch optimization. You will work cross-functionally with distributed engineering teams, marketing, business, and operations to define and execute the product roadmap. Key responsibilities include:
- Defining Blueprint's go-to-market strategy for tokenization offerings and ensuring successful product launches with sustained market presence
- Gathering customer feedback and market data to inform product enhancements and roadmap decisions
- Partnering with engineering teams to ensure timely delivery of technical milestones
- Testing features, identifying bugs, and recommending platform improvements
- Engaging with existing and prospective customers and partners to validate product direction
- Defining, collecting, and tracking success metrics for product launches and initiatives
- Managing the product backlog with clear prioritization based on impact, dependencies, effort, and business value
- Collaborating with design teams on UX flows, wireframes, and interaction models
- Writing and maintaining technical documentation
- Supporting the broader product and engineering teams on portfolio intelligence and staking infrastructure initiatives
This is a highly entrepreneurial role requiring strong commercial judgment to deliver exceptional customer value in a technical product space. You will communicate strategy, prioritization, and updates to internal stakeholders and help drive platform adoption.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of product management experience at a SaaS or fintech company
- Proven track record of building and launching high-quality technical products
- Experience building a tokenization product
- Strong sense of urgency and deep intrinsic motivation
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment
- Prior experience in web3 or fluency with web3 concepts
