Salary: USD 190,000 - 252,000 / annual

You will oversee all manufacturing operations for the Air Dominance & Strike (AD&S) division, managing the production of autonomous systems including Fury, Barracuda, and Roadrunner, from prototype maturation through full-rate production at scale. This is a highly dynamic role requiring both technical expertise and strong people-management capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of manufacturing managers, line supervisors, and technicians across Arsenal-01 (Columbus) and HQ locations
- Deliver quality products on-time and at cost for both current and emerging programs
- Create and execute a clear vision for Manufacturing Operations aligned with AD&S strategic direction
- Collaborate with Manufacturing Engineering, Design Engineering, Planning, Quality, and Supply Chain leaders
- Own the manufacturing floor culture, coaching and mentoring direct reports while maintaining high standards of excellence
- Provide consistent, high-quality briefs to senior leadership and customers
- Ensure appropriate resourcing and balance innovation with practical execution
- Manage the portfolio of projects necessary to achieve manufacturing operational success
You will report to senior leadership and be expected to work from Columbus, OH with 25-50% travel required. Relocation assistance may be available for eligible candidates.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 6+ years managing manufacturing and production operations
- 3+ years in a supervisor or production operations management role at Director level or above
- 3+ years as a manager of managers
- Experience managing operator/technician workforce of 100+ within direct organization
- Experience working directly with designers and engineers
- Full understanding of product life cycle (NPI to scaled production), LEAN manufacturing principles, and change management
- Extremely reliable, organized, and detail-oriented with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Passion for employee development and training of both new hires and veteran production staff
- Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a technical field (engineering, business, or applied science)
- Working knowledge of AS9100 standards and OSHA laws
