Doctronic is an AI-powered healthcare platform that has delivered over 30 million consults and is the first and only AI legally authorized to practice medicine in the US. The company is now scaling its enterprise go-to-market, partnering with health plans, health systems, and healthcare organizations. You will own the complete implementation lifecycle for every enterprise partnership, from contract signature through go-live. Your core mandate is ensuring every signed deal launches on time, at quality, without excessive engineering overhead. You will report to the Chief Business Officer and build and lead a team of deployment strategists and solutions engineers, growing to three pods over time. Key responsibilities include: - Owning the launch of every enterprise partnership across co-branded deployments, embedded chat, and API integrations - Building and leading delivery pods, each pairing a deployment strategist (who owns the plan and partner relationship) with one to two solutions engineers - Developing and enforcing the requirements document and scope discipline; new partner requests go to deal desk and product, not directly into build - Owning technical SLAs and delivery commitments in all statements of work, including pre-signature - Creating and executing the launch playbook: internal kickoff at 80% closed, external kickoff, build, QA, clinical readiness, go-live, and 30-day retrospective - Running the handoff from sales and ensuring all stakeholders have read the SOW before partner kickoff - Partnering with the Enterprise Product Lead on bespoke vs. platform decisions, driving platform reuse upward each quarter - Owning the reuse verdict after each launch: template, productize, or retire - Serving as the escalation path for partners so engineering can focus on building rather than firefighting Your primary metric is on-time launch rate, with a target of moving from signature to go-live in under 60 days. REQUIREMENTS: - 8+ years in implementation, professional services, technical program management, or solutions delivery, including 3+ years managing people - Demonstrated experience delivering technical integrations into regulated enterprises (health systems, payers, pharmacy, or financial services) - Technical fluency with APIs, webhooks, SSO, and healthcare data standards such as FHIR - Proven ability to tell customers no while maintaining the relationship (described as the single most important screening criterion) - Track record of building process from scratch rather than administering existing processes - Strong written communication and meeting facilitation skills - Based in New York City or willing to relocate (hybrid role) NICE TO HAVE: - FHIR R4, HL7, or direct Epic or Cerner integration experience - Experience running a pod, squad, or forward-deployed engineering model - Telehealth or clinical workflow delivery experience - Experience introducing self-service tooling or partner portals to reduce manual onboarding - Experience owning technical SLAs and support tiering
