Perk (formerly TravelPerk) is hiring its first Director of Go-to-Market Engineering to lead the technical infrastructure powering a 800-person revenue organization serving 10,000+ companies globally. You will own GTM engineering end-to-end: architecture decisions, tool selection, system design, and delivery of automation that removes manual work from sales and account management workflows.
This is a player-coach role combining hands-on technical leadership with strategic commercial impact. You'll report to the VP of Revenue Operations and lead a small senior team across Europe and North America, working on high-impact projects quarterly across SDR, Account Executive, and Account Management functions.
Key responsibilities include: defining Perk's GTM engineering architecture (how CRM, enrichment, signal, sequencing, orchestration, and data layers integrate); making tooling decisions and establishing build standards; designing and building in Clay (tables, enrichment, AI columns, webhooks, API integrations); owning the orchestration layer that determines which records enter workflows and when; building agentic workflows using modern LLM and agent tooling to automate research, qualification, summarization, and data entry; automating account prospecting globally (TAM sourcing, enrichment, ICP/intent scoring, prioritization); giving AEs their selling time back through CRM autofill, quoting, and meeting prep automation; building account intelligence for Account Management (risk signals, whitespace detection); and translating commercial problems into technical architecture while quantifying business impact.
You'll lead and grow a small senior team, set clear ownership and review discipline, and develop both technical depth and commercial judgment across the team. Success requires deep Revenue Operations or GTM Engineering experience at scale in B2B SaaS, proven delivery of systems used by hundreds of sellers, experience as both builder and leader, production-level Clay expertise, deep Salesforce fluency, working proficiency in Python/SQL/SOQL/TypeScript, and strong architecture instincts for scale and monitoring.
