Perk (formerly TravelPerk) is hiring its first Director of Go-to-Market Engineering to lead the technical infrastructure powering a 800-person revenue organization serving 10,000+ companies globally. You will own GTM engineering end-to-end: architecture decisions, tooling strategy, team leadership, and hands-on building of automated systems that eliminate manual work across the sales stack. This is a player-coach role requiring both technical depth and commercial acumen. You'll report to the VP of Revenue Operations and lead a small senior team across Europe and North America, working directly with SDR, Account Executive, and Account Management functions on high-impact quarterly projects. Key responsibilities include: defining Perk's GTM engineering architecture (CRM, enrichment, signal, sequencing, orchestration, data layers); making tooling decisions (adoption, consolidation, retirement); designing and building in Clay (tables, enrichment, AI columns, webhooks, API integrations); owning the orchestration layer that determines which records enter workflows and when; building agentic workflows using modern LLM tooling to automate research, qualification, summarization, and data entry; automating account prospecting (TAM sourcing, ICP/intent scoring, distribution); enabling AEs with CRM autofill, quoting, meeting prep, and opportunity hygiene; building account intelligence for Account Management (risk signals, whitespace detection); and translating commercial problems into technical architecture while quantifying business impact. You'll lead and grow the team, set ownership and review discipline, and develop both technical depth and commercial judgment across the organization. Required experience: deep background in Revenue Operations, GTM Engineering, Sales Systems, Growth Engineering, or adjacent technical commercial roles in B2B SaaS; proven track record delivering GTM engineering at scale (systems supporting hundreds of sellers, not pilots); experience as both builder and leader. Technical requirements: production-level Clay expertise (complex tables, waterfall enrichment, webhooks, AI logic); deep Salesforce fluency (data model, integration patterns, constraints); working proficiency in Python, SQL, SOQL, TypeScript, or equivalent; architecture instincts for scale, monitoring, and recovery.
