monday.com is an AI work platform serving 250,000+ customers. The company is seeking a Director of Global IT to lead its IT organization across multiple regions (Tel Aviv, Warsaw, New York, and APJ).
In this people-first leadership role, you will own the entire global IT domain end-to-end, including:
- Leading and mentoring an IT organization spanning Tel Aviv, EMEA, US, and APJ regions, managing managers and growing top talent.
- Overseeing Global IT Service, including on-site Service Centers and help desk teams in four major hubs, delivering 24/7 support, employee onboarding/offboarding, meeting room management, and procurement.
- Managing Systems & Cloud infrastructure: network, endpoints, identity and access, physical security systems, SaaS stack, and cloud infrastructure in partnership with IT Security.
- Driving IT program management, including SOX controls, business continuity planning, new office build-outs, and budget oversight.
- Advancing automation and AI-first support by expanding bots, self-service capabilities, and internal tooling to handle more ticket volume, freeing the team for strategic projects.
- Setting IT strategy and roadmap, bringing your own initiatives, and partnering with Security, People, Finance, Workplace, and business leaders to execute them.
- Setting architecture direction, evaluating technologies, and driving vendor selection and rollouts company-wide.
- Partnering across engineering, security, and business teams to align technology decisions with organizational needs.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Proven IT experience with 4+ years leading global IT teams and managing managers.
- Experience in a fast-growing cloud or SaaS company; comfort in high-volume, fast-changing environments with hands-on involvement.
- Strong technical foundation across endpoints, networking, cloud infrastructure, identity and access, and SaaS management, with an automation-first mindset.
- Experience managing distributed teams across time zones and multiple office locations.
- Advantageous: compliance and audit work (SOX, SOC 2, ISO), business continuity planning, vendor management, and budget oversight.
- Background in cyber defense and securing IT systems and infrastructure.
- Degree in computer science, information systems, cybersecurity, or related technical field, or equivalent professional background.
