Daymark Health is a value-based oncology company transforming cancer care through a comprehensive, personalized platform that combines dedicated care navigation, symptom-focused support, behavioral health, and social resources with evidence-based interventions and hybrid in-person/virtual care. As Director of Enrollment, you will build and lead the team responsible for the critical first touchpoint with patients—outreach that introduces them to Daymark's care model and schedules new patient visits. This is a builder role where you own the enrollment funnel end-to-end, from call scripts and outreach cadence to CRM architecture, performance dashboards, and coaching on best practices. Key responsibilities include: - Hiring, managing, and developing a team of Enrollment Specialists with a repeatable onboarding playbook and structured coaching program - Owning the enrollment funnel in partnership with clinical and market leadership, continuously refining based on data - Building and maintaining the Salesforce instance to capture patient interactions and integrate enrollment into new patient workflows - Establishing and tracking KPIs through dashboards providing real-time visibility into team and funnel performance - Implementing quality assurance programs with call monitoring, feedback loops, and ongoing training - Partnering with Marketing, Clinical, and Market Operations teams to align enrollment strategy with patient acquisition and market growth goals - Scaling the enrollment function across markets with documented, repeatable, and transferable processes You bring background in sales, enrollment, or patient engagement/access with a track record of hitting outreach and conversion targets. Healthcare, health tech, or patient-facing services experience is preferred, with familiarity in care navigation or complex patient populations a plus. You are a proven people manager with direct experience managing individual contributors in high-volume, metrics-driven environments. You excel at building and refining processes and systems from the ground up, including hands-on Salesforce administration and workflow design. You are data-driven, comfortable analyzing call metrics and funnel data to diagnose problems and test solutions. You lead with empathy for both your team and patients while maintaining high accountability standards. You thrive in fast-paced startup environments, comfortable with ambiguity and energized by building from scratch. Above all, you are mission-driven to improve the cancer care experience.
