OneTrust is seeking a Director of North America Field and Partner Marketing to lead the evolution of field marketing into a pipeline-focused growth engine for the region. The company's mission is to enable innovation through the responsible use of data and AI, offering an AI-Ready Governance Platform that unifies regulatory intelligence, automation, and connected governance workflows. In this role, you will own the North America field marketing strategy and execution, partnering closely with Sales to translate business priorities, market opportunities, and regional needs into integrated programs that create pipeline, accelerate opportunities, and drive revenue. You will lead a team of field and partner marketers and oversee a portfolio spanning regional campaigns, executive engagement, events, third-party programs, and partner co-marketing. A critical focus is transforming field marketing from an event-centric model toward a full-funnel, data-driven approach where marketing investments are measured by their contribution to pipeline and revenue. You will establish the strategy, operating rhythms, and measurement discipline needed to understand what is working, optimize investment, and build scalable programs that deliver predictable business impact. Key responsibilities include: - Developing and owning the North America field marketing strategy aligned to company growth priorities, Sales objectives, and pipeline/revenue targets - Establishing field marketing as a strategic growth function with clear accountability for pipeline creation, opportunity acceleration, and revenue contribution - Building an integrated regional marketing plan spanning campaigns, events, executive programs, third-party activations, customer engagement, and partner programs - Balancing investments across pipeline creation, opportunity acceleration, customer expansion, and strategic market development - Identifying opportunities to evolve and scale the field marketing operating model with repeatable, predictable programs - Serving as the primary marketing partner to North America Sales leadership, building trusted relationships with senior Sales executives and frontline teams - Participating in pipeline reviews, QBRs, and GTM operating rhythms to ensure marketing priorities align with Sales priorities - Developing shared plans with Sales around priority segments, industries, territories, and opportunities - Leading North America partner marketing, developing strategic co-marketing programs with technology, channel, and ecosystem partners The ideal candidate is equally comfortable shaping strategy with senior Sales leaders, analyzing pipeline performance, and working hands-on with their team to build and launch programs. You are a strong operator and people leader who can connect strategy to execution and bring a clear commercial lens to every marketing investment. OneTrust embraces an office-first culture, encouraging three days a week in office for most roles, with meaningful opportunities to collaborate and celebrate in person. The company offers discretionary bonuses, equity, and commissions, along with comprehensive benefits. REQUIREMENTS: The posting does not explicitly state years of experience, education, or specific certifications required. However, the role requires demonstrated experience in field marketing strategy, pipeline-focused marketing, Sales partnership, team leadership, data-driven marketing measurement, event management, partner marketing, and commercial acumen in B2B SaaS or enterprise software environments.
