Quince is a direct-to-consumer (DTC) apparel and accessories brand built on a manufacturer-to-consumer (M2C) model that eliminates traditional retail layers to deliver high-quality essentials at accessible prices. The company operates across apparel, accessories, home goods, and more, serving tens of millions of customers globally.
You will lead the strategy and execution for Quince's Women's Dresses category, one of the company's largest apparel segments. This is a highly visible role where you will own the category vision, assortment optimization, and expansion across casual and occasion wear. You will establish Quince as a market leader in dresses by solving critical fit and aesthetic challenges and building a destination for versatile, high-quality products.

- Expand the Women's Dresses assortment by adding 75 new SKUs while meeting Quince's standards for quality, margins, and ethical sourcing
- Build and continuously refine a long-term product roadmap with clear category positioning, product segmentation, and financial objectives
- Collaborate with Product Development, Sourcing, and Technical Design teams to develop and improve current and pipeline products
- Partner with Planning, Site Merchandising, and Marketing to drive customer acquisition, conversion, repeat purchase, and brand awareness
- Obsess over every product detail—quality, price, function, fabrications, trims, silhouettes—to deliver exceptional customer value
- Drive business performance against sales targets, customer ratings, return rates, and margin improvement
- Stay connected to the competitive landscape to benchmark perceived value and create competitive advantage
Quince's culture emphasizes builders who question conventional thinking, use data and technology to uncover opportunities, and move quickly. The company rejects false trade-offs (soft vs. durable, speed vs. rigor, quality vs. price) and operates at a fast pace with high standards. Responsibility is not determined by tenure or seniority; all team members can drive the business and shape trajectory.
