OpenLoop is a telehealth platform enabling care delivery at scale across all 50 US states. As Director of Implementation Project Management, you will build the company's implementation operating system from the ground up, establishing repeatable processes, governance frameworks, and delivery standards that scale across the customer base.
You will own the full implementation portfolio across all active customer launches, managing status, sequencing, dependencies, and project manager assignments. You'll identify capacity and schedule conflicts early, bringing leadership clear recommendations on staffing and trade-offs. You will select and implement the project management platform, designing workflows that drive adoption and become the source of truth for delivery status.
You'll create tiered playbooks, stage gates, templates, risk controls, and escalation paths that teams actually use. You'll build customer, operating, and executive reporting that surfaces implementation health and business exposure. You'll personally lead project management for OpenLoop's largest strategic implementations, owning integrated plans, critical paths, scope, and governance.
You will hire and develop a team of four Technical Project Managers, coaching them to manage complex accounts with strong client presence and scope discipline. You'll orchestrate readiness across Sales, Solutions Engineering, Technical Implementation, and customers from pre-signature through UAT and handoff. You'll partner with the Director of Technical Implementation to match portfolio demand with engineering capacity and make joint staffing decisions.
You'll define the implementation scorecard to improve time to go-live, milestone attainment, schedule predictability, and project manager capacity. This role requires balancing strategic framework design with hands-on delivery of strategic accounts, with no quiet period to separate the two responsibilities.
