Ripple is seeking a Director of Global Transformation to lead enterprise-wide transformation initiatives within Ripple Treasury, the company's business unit focused on redefining how organizations move, manage, and settle money across borders. This is a senior individual-contributor and leadership role within the Program Management team, requiring broad cross-functional collaboration with Product, Engineering, Operations, Finance, and Go-to-Market teams.
You will own end-to-end transformation programs that improve how Ripple Treasury operates at scale, spanning process development, technology adoption, organizational change, and performance measurement. Key responsibilities include leading enterprise-wide transformation initiatives with cross-functional alignment from strategy through delivery and optimization; partnering with senior leaders to define program scope, success metrics, and governance; owning sophisticated program roadmaps with clear dependency mapping and risk management; championing organizational change management through communication strategies and adoption frameworks; translating strategic priorities into structured, executable work; establishing program health reporting and executive status updates; identifying systemic inefficiencies and developing solutions; collaborating with peer Program Managers; and representing the PMO perspective in planning cycles.
Required qualifications include 3–5 years in a Director-level or equivalent senior role in program management, management consulting, strategy, or related field; proven experience delivering large-scale, cross-functional transformation programs at high-growth tech or financial services firms; exceptional collaborator leadership skills with ability to build credibility quickly with executives; strong process design and systems-thinking capabilities; comfort working across product, engineering, and operations contexts; proficiency in written and verbal communication for executive audiences; proficiency with modern program management tools (Asana, Jira, Smartsheet); demonstrated experience applying AI tools to program management and operational workflows, including large language models; comfort adopting and evaluating emerging AI capabilities; and experience in FinTech, payments, or financial infrastructure is a strong plus. Nice-to-have qualifications include hands-on experience with Claude for business workflows, background in top-tier management consulting or corporate strategy, and exposure to global or multi-regional program delivery.
