Tive is a supply chain visibility platform that uses hardware and software to track shipments globally, reducing delays, damage, theft, and spoilage. The company ships millions of trackers to customers in 50+ countries annually.
As Director of Global Logistics, you will own the end-to-end movement of Tive hardware worldwide. You lead three interconnected functions: Fulfillment, Logistics, and Customs. Your responsibilities span daily order fulfillment, freight management across all lanes (factory to warehouse, warehouse to warehouse), customs clearance, and border compliance. You manage a network of Tive-operated warehouses and 3PL partners across North America, Latin America, Europe, Africa, and Asia.
Key responsibilities include:
- Own and optimize global 3PL partnerships and warehouse network strategy
- Select, negotiate, and manage freight forwarders and customs brokers
- Develop customs strategy to support expansion into new markets
- Lead experienced managers and established programs
- Scale operations to support 50% year-over-year growth
- Balance strategic planning with hands-on problem-solving (e.g., clearing customs holds)
You are a builder who moves fast, simplifies processes, and fills operational gaps. The role requires comfort with both high-level network strategy and tactical execution. You will work across geographies and partner ecosystems to ensure reliable, compliant, cost-effective global logistics.
Ideal candidates bring 12+ years leading global logistics, fulfillment, and supply chain operations, plus 5+ years managing teams and building global organizations.
