Salary: USD 181,200 - 242,550 / annual
Vuori, a fast-growing athletic apparel brand, is seeking a transformational technology and business systems leader to serve as Global Director of Enterprise Solutions – Operations. In this highly visible role, you will lead the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of enterprise platforms that enable Vuori's Supply Chain, Logistics, Procurement, Sales Operations, and Enterprise Operations teams at global scale.
You will work collaboratively with the Director of Enterprise Solutions – Finance to build and develop a high-performing team of business analysts. Your responsibilities include defining and leading the global technology strategy and execution for operational business functions, partnering with executive stakeholders to identify opportunities for process streamlining and scalability through technology and automation, and owning or implementing the portfolio of enterprise applications supporting operations (ERP, transportation, OMS, procurement, and adjacent platforms).
You will lead large-scale transformation initiatives, system implementations, and global rollouts that improve operational efficiency and business performance. You'll drive cross-functional alignment between Operations, Product, Logistics, Data & Analytics, and Technology teams to deliver integrated business solutions. Additionally, you will establish technology governance, solution architecture standards, and operational support models that ensure stability, scalability, and long-term value, while managing strategic vendor relationships and technology investments to ensure successful delivery against business objectives, timelines, and budgets.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or equivalent years of experience preferred
- 12+ years of experience leading enterprise technology, business systems, or digital transformation initiatives
- 7+ years of people leadership experience developing and managing high-performing teams
- Proven experience delivering large-scale ERP, Supply Chain, Logistics, or Operations technology solutions
- Strong understanding of enterprise application ecosystems, including ERP, OMS, TMS, procurement, and integration platforms
- Demonstrated ability to influence executive stakeholders and align technology investments with business strategy
- Experience managing global ERP rollouts preferred
- Consumer products, retail, or apparel experience strongly preferred
- Microsoft Dynamics D365 F&O experience preferred
