UiPath is seeking a Director of Customer Success to lead and scale customer success operations across telecommunications, high-tech, media, and retail/consumer goods sectors. This is a high-impact leadership role focused on building teams, driving portfolio performance, and serving as a strategic partner across Sales, Product, and Go-To-Market organizations. In this role, you will own portfolio-level performance metrics including renewals, expansion, adoption, and customer health. You'll proactively identify and reduce systematic risk across the customer lifecycle, operating with data-driven rigor using forecasting, probabilities, and path-to-plan analysis. You'll tie customer adoption directly to measurable revenue impact and business outcomes. You will serve as a strategic partner across Sales, Product, and Go-To-Market teams, building and maintaining cross-functional influence across the organization. You'll collaborate on deal construction and commercial activity while driving alignment between customer success strategies and broader GTM initiatives. As a people leader, you will build and scale high-performing Customer Success teams, providing strong interpersonal coaching and mentorship. You'll model unwavering accountability and ownership culture, establish standards for execution excellence, and champion a customer- and team-oriented culture. You'll drive operational rigor and discipline across service delivery, establishing and maintaining key operational standards. You'll transform individual execution into broader packaged plays and new organizational standards, ensuring consistent communication across all stakeholders. Required qualifications include formal people management and team leadership experience, proven track record in portfolio impact (renewals, saves, adoption), experience with deal construction and commercial activity, established cross-functional influence, strong interpersonal and coaching skills, entrepreneurial mindset with tenacious execution, articulate communication, and a customer- and team-oriented approach. Preferred qualifications include deep exposure to telecommunications, high-tech, media, and retail/consumer goods landscapes, understanding of key industry solutions, established relationships across marquee accounts, demonstrated ability to transform execution into packaged plays, expertise in operational excellence benchmarks, and experience with complex technical renewal deal cycles.
