The Director of Customer Enablement will build and lead the enablement function from the ground up, reporting to the VP of Customer Experience. Key responsibilities include owning the customer onboarding strategy across Cloud, Managed Inference, and future products to reduce time-to-value. You'll design and implement scalable customer education programs including instructor-led training, virtual workshops, technical webinars, self-paced learning, and role-based learning paths tailored to platform administrators, ML engineers, and other user personas. As Crusoe scales, you'll build and lead the Customer Enablement organization, recruiting specialists in onboarding, technical training, documentation, instructional design, and knowledge management. Required qualifications include 8+ years leading customer enablement, customer success enablement, technical enablement, L&D, or customer education organizations, with 3+ years of experience leading managers or building enablement teams. You should have experience designing scalable onboarding for enterprise customers, building internal enablement for technical customer-facing teams, and a strong understanding of cloud infrastructure, Kubernetes, AI infrastructure, GPU computing, or enterprise SaaS. Experience creating customer education programs, certifications, documentation, and technical learning experiences is essential, along with strong program management, executive communication, and cross-functional leadership skills. Bonus qualifications include experience at cloud infrastructure, AI, MLOps, or enterprise platform companies; implementing an LMS or learning platform; developing customer certification programs; familiarity with technical documentation platforms like Confluence, Notion, GitBook, or ReadMe; and experience scaling enablement for global Customer Success and Support organizations.
