As Director of Business Operations, you will report directly to the VP of Operations and lead high-impact strategic and operational initiatives across the business. This role is ideal for analytical, execution-oriented professionals who thrive in ambiguity and enjoy building processes from scratch.
Key responsibilities include:
• Operational Excellence: Drive continuous improvements across processes, execution, and organizational efficiency. Establish repeatable operating rhythms and frameworks as the company scales.
• Strategic Initiatives: Lead high-impact, cross-functional projects from ideation through execution, partnering with leaders across the organization.
• Market Intelligence: Conduct research and due diligence on new markets, products, and strategic opportunities to inform growth decisions.
• Business Strategy: Develop business cases and recommendations that support executive decision-making and strategic planning.
• Analytics & Business Intelligence: Serve as the company's source of truth for data and analytics, transforming insights into actionable recommendations that drive strategy.
• Scalable Operations: Design frameworks, operating rhythms, and metrics that enable sustainable growth across the organization.
• Special Projects: Take ownership of emerging business priorities and strategic initiatives as they arise.
You'll work across virtually every function in the company—from home care operations to enterprise partnerships to payer relationships—improving how the organization operates today while shaping its future.
