The Directed Content team is part of Expert Insights, which delivers transformative market intelligence through expert transcripts and 1x1 call services. AlphaSense maintains the market's largest library of over 140,000 expert transcripts, with thousands more published monthly across all economic sectors.
As a Directed Content Analyst, you will report to the Operations Manager and be responsible for sourcing the highest-quality and most-relevant experts for research projects defined by Project Managers. You will develop deep industry knowledge within assigned territories and identify individuals who match specific expert profiles. Your role combines research skills with direct stakeholder engagement—you'll communicate with prospective experts to evaluate their suitability and onboard qualified candidates to the network.
Key responsibilities include conducting targeted research to identify expert candidates, evaluating candidate fit against project requirements, conducting outreach and qualification calls with prospective experts, and managing the onboarding process for selected participants. You'll work cross-functionally with Project Managers to understand research scope and requirements, maintain detailed records of expert sourcing activities, and contribute to team initiatives to improve sourcing efficiency and expert quality.
This role requires proficiency in German at C1/C2 level, reflecting the company's global reach and the need to source experts across German-speaking markets. You'll be based in London and work within a distributed team across the US, UK, Finland, India, Singapore, Canada, and Ireland.
